This pairing features two crystal 'vugs' set upon differing host rocks. Adding a nice contrast when displayed beside one another. The darker specimen contains pink crystals, encased by a circle of calcite. Almost appearing purple, very unique. The lighter shaded piece contains standard clear, sparkly quartz crystals. Each contains calcite that glows a light shade of pink when subjected to UV light operating at a 365nm wavelength. There is a picture of this reaction attached.
