You will need a stand to display this piece. Atop this piece, mixed in with clear quartz points, are pink crystals. There is a solid band of cloudy calcite that wraps the entirety. Almost appears that the quartz is growing out of the calcite banding. This provides solid depth. As for the most unique feature. There is a mineral that has adhered itself to the crystal points. It's almost like sand, but as I mentioned, it is affixed to the quartz. With this mineral attached, these crystal points shine brighter and at more angles than I have seen before. It's really something unique.
Rock Talk - Quartz appears pink due to microscopic inclusions of minerals within the crystal lattice, which distort the light and cause it to reflect pick wavelengths.
