Two thin host rock layers sandwich cloudy, bladed calcite crystals. At differing widths, this vein travels 360 degrees around the entirety of this specimen. Glows a rich magenta shade of pink when subjected to UV light operating at a 365nm wavelength. There is a picture of this reaction attached. No stand is needed to display this piece.
