Two thinner quartz veins, tinted blue, race down either side of the face on this specimen. Splitting a unique calcite formation down the middle. Recessed into the rock, there exists a network of smaller calcite crystals inside this cavernous opening. Very impressive close up. This rock does not require a stand for display. Lying flat, face on full display.
